Follow these steps to activate the "Keep Warm" feature on your Vianté tea maker: 1. Plug the tea maker into the electric output. 2. Select the desired temperature (for example, if you want the kettle to keep the water at 175°F, press the "175°F" button). 3. Press the "Keep Warm" button. 4. Press the "Start" button. The selected temperature button will start blinking, and the tea maker will heat the water until it reaches the desired temperature and keep it for up to 30 minutes. Once it reaches te desired temperature, the temperature button will stop blinking, showing a steady light. If you want to use the kettle to serve, take it out of the base. The base will remember the desired temperature and that the "Keep Warm" feature is on. Once you place the kettle back on the base, it will keep the desired temperature for up to 30 minutes. If the kettle remains out of the base for more than one minute, it will automatically turn off. To cancel "Keep Warm" function, press the "Keep Warm" button. Be mindful this feature does not work with the boiling temperature setting (212°F)! If you select 212°F as the desired temperature and activate the "Keep Warm" feature, the kettle will automatically change to 200°F, the maximum temperature "Keep Warm" works with.
